Friday, October 9th, smencils will be for sale from 7:15-7:55 in Ms. Harrison's room for $1 each. A flyer went home last week.
Last Friday, Oct 2nd, was a science day. We went to the STEAM lab and observed and handled different minerals, fossils and rocks. We finished making our own rocks using crayon shavings and compared them with creating real rocks. We created our own mold fossil of a dinosaur which we will continue using this week. Our vermiculture unit was continued as we checked on our worms and wrote down our data and information.
Today we took our Reading portion of the IOWA. Students also did their mile run in PE.
We worked on math word problems.
HW: NONE - They get the day off because we had reading today.
